Designing an MVP to compare and optimize an entire grocery basket across different stores.
iCompare explores a grocery comparison problem at basket level rather than item level. The product direction shown in the screens is an MVP that helps users build a shopping basket, compare it across stores, and understand where the best option is depending on price, availability, and shopping behavior.

My role focused on MVP flow, basket building, comparison states, unavailable-item handling, and replacement paths.
The design challenge was making basket-level comparison actionable without asking users to manually compare every item across stores.
The result is a clear MVP direction: build a basket, compare options, adapt when items are unavailable, and choose the best shopping path.
