TrueSVG is an iOS app that converts images into real, editable SVG files. Unlike many converters that embed PNGs or output distorted vectors, TrueSVG ensures faithful, fully usable SVG results.
The project started from a personal frustration: most “SVG converters” on iOS didn’t create true vector files. Some simply wrapped images in an SVG container, others generated imprecise vectors that lost detail and couldn’t be edited properly. The goal was to build a lightweight tool that gave designers and developers reliable SVG output directly on their device.
I designed the flows around a simple workflow: import, convert, preview, and export. The interface emphasizes clarity and speed, with minimal steps and clear feedback. To establish trust, I developed a brand identity that communicates precision and reliability. Alongside the product design, I created the App Store visuals and supporting marketing assets to position TrueSVG clearly against inferior converters.
Launched in 2025, TrueSVG delivers a straightforward solution for designers and developers who need accurate, editable SVG files on iPhone, iPad and Mac. The project reflects my focus on solving real pain points with simple, well-crafted tools.
